Pineapple Habanero Jerk Bubba Burgers

Today was a full day of yard work we've been avoiding weeding, trimming & mulching so dinner needed to be easy.
Our Georgia friends got us hooked on Bubba Burgers.
I came up with a special sauce to serve over the burgers made with 4 ingredients.

1/2 cup Mayo

2 T. Roasted Pineapple Habanero Sauce

1 tsp. Jamaican Jerk Sauce

1 finely chopped green onion

 

always grill buns...helps to avoid sloppy mess!

YUMM!

Add sliced tomato, onion and piece of pepper jack cheese.

 

 

 Mix together:

1 cup sour cream

2 slices chopped bacon

1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese

1 green onion

Serve with French fries

 

 Serve a veggie... we had corn on the cob.

 Fast, easy and tasty summer meal.
